Then I offer another little story about using <shall> and <will> in English Grammar.

The people on the bank, who hear the Frenchman*s cries for help, look at each other in surprise because the words do not suit the occasion. His words <nobody shall save me!> means that he is forbidding them to save him, while <I will drown> express his firm intention to drown

That was a very good example, how the "small" details, could change a whole meanings!

But i don't know about England, but here in a States, word "shell" is very rare. Most Americans, would probably use word "will", in a both parts, of above mentioned sentence....

Я тут прерву ваш диалог, слушал эстейт оф транс, заинтересовала два момента. Оба засунул в один файл, прилагаю. В первой половине Ван Бюррен произносит Heartbit как "хитбит" (не знаю как английскую транскипцию впихнуть), а во втором отбивка, "four hundred" говорят как "фир хандрид". Первое, может и оговорка, что вряд ли, а второе? Акцент что ли? Тоже странно. Или это все допустимое произношение?

Затрудняюсь ответить, но так не говорят. Если бы ты не написал что в оргинале, то я бы и не понял. Полагаю это просто "роковые приколы", специфические для этой волны и регулярных слушателей. Вроде как "Signature".

Like i've told you, it's not really a "mistakes", just kinda unusual phrase composition. Don't worry about it, should get better with practice.

For example, i'd say "Is anybody understand English anymore? Will you in year 2010?"
